Église round doily

This is a doily from 1993, that I've redesigned recently (May 2003). It now includes split rings and split chains to climb to the next round.
It has numerous long picots. Often, when the next round joins to these using lock joins, it has a new long picot over the lock join, making the long picots seem to cross the chains.
This is a peculiar doily in that it uses two thicknesses of thread: DMC Cordonnet Special No. 20 and 80. Its diameter is 15 cm (6 inches).
