This is an edging that I designed in 1982. It features in my first (Dutch) book, Basistechnieken voor handvaardigheid - frivolité. It is a nice practice pattern for working with two shuttles.

Shuttle B: 3: Ring 4-8-4 Shuttle A: 4: Chain 4-7 5: Ring 4-4-2-2-2-2 6: Ring 2-2-2-2-4-2-2 7: Ring 2-2-4-4-4 8: Chain 7-4 Shuttle B: 9: Ring 4-8-4 Shuttle A: 10: Chain 4-7 11: Make a small picot, next a chain 7 d.s. 12: Ring 4-4-2-2-2-2 13: Ring 10x2 d.s. 14: Ring 2-2-2-2-4-4 15: Chain 7 d.s., join to picot at 11. 16: Ring 4-2-2-4-4 17: Chain 7-4 Shuttle B: 18: Ring 4-8-4 Shuttle A: 19: Chain 4-7 20: Ring 2-2-4-2-2-2-2 21: Ring 4-2-2-4-4 22: Chain 7-4 Shuttle B: 23: Ring 4-8-4 Shuttle A: 24: Chain 4 d.s.
