Time to show you a bit more of the monster project. Below is the overview again, slightly larget than last time. More details show up now.
The name for this doily probably will be something like Queen of Hearts. Maybe, if you examine the picture above more closely, you might be able to see why (if not, you'll see on the next episode's pictures for sure).
Below you see one of this doily's parts. I need to make a total of eight of these. Not too bad, isn't it?
This motif hasn't been stretched yet. That makes the mignonette stitch look sloppy. That will be different once I've starched the doily, but that is gonna take quite a while yet.
